Go to Telegram bot @ququu_bot, start it and open the Mini App. Web version is available at app.kukushka.tech.

What payment and refund methods are available?

Bank card and Telegram Stars. Refunds through Stars are technically impossible. Bank card refunds are possible within three days. To request a refund, submit a request through the feedback form.

Is there a trial period?

Yes, 1 week. This time is to evaluate the functionality before subscribing. The trial period starts automatically after launching the bot.

How to create a voice task?

Without entering the Mini App, record a voice message with the due date directly in the chat with the bot.

Why doesn't the subscription renew automatically?

When subscribing through Stars, automatic renewal is not possible. When subscribing on the website using a bank card, automatic renewal will be enabled.

Which is more cost-effective: Stars or bank card?

Bank card payment is the most cost-effective, offering the lowest price. If paying with Stars, it's better to do it from a computer, as buying Stars from a phone is more expensive.
